OSI SC175 Acoustical Caulk is designed for use in sound rated wall assemblies. Acoustical Caulk should be used to separate the rigid connection that’s typically found between wall/ceiling penetrations and the drywall. Acoustical sealant is applied the same way as standard sealant, however once dried acoustical sealant is still flexible.
Our Acoustical Caulk is sold in 28 oz tubes.

Fence Blokker is heavy-duty Mass Loaded Vinyl built to live outdoors – carbon-fiber reinforced so it carries its own weight hanging vertically, with UV protection extruded into the material rather than sprayed on the surface. Hang it along a fence line or wrap it around noisy equipment and it puts real mass between the noise and you.
Want it ready to hang? Choose Full Roll (+Grommeted & Custom Cut) and tell us the panel height you want in the order notes at checkout – 4.5′ x 6′, 4.5′ x 8′, 4.5′ x 10′, whatever suits your fence. Grommets are set along the top 4.5′ edge unless you ask for otherwise in Order Notes. Lead time is currently 6–8 weeks: the roll ships from the manufacturer to our warehouse, and we do the cutting and grommeting here before it goes out to you.
With a Delta-IIC of 26, AcoustiStep is best used in homes or commercial projects with wood or laminate flooring. Designed to achieve an IIC of 50+ on a number of substrates, the sound mat installs easily over plywood or concrete subfloors.
Depending on your IIC requirements, the rubber underlayment is available in multiple thicknesses – 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, and 10mm.
Pipe Blokker is acoustical lagging for soundproofing pipes that combines a layer of 1 lb/sf, 1/8″ thick Mass Loaded Vinyl, with a layer of soft, 3pcf fiberglass. This product is meant to wrapped around pipes in order to mitigate the noise that they can cause. It can also be used around loud HVAC vents, Trash Chutes and Trash Compactors.
The fiberglass layer helps to keep the rigid pipe from touching any other rigid materials, and the mass loaded vinyl layer blocks the noise created by noise within the pipes such as flowing or flushing water.
Pipe Blokker is available in 4’x25′ rolls, and can be easily cut down using a razor blade or utility knife.
