How will my order be shipped?
Larger items such as rolls of vinyl are typically shipped via LTL freight. Please be sure to provide a phone number so delivery can be scheduled, and if you can, please let us know if it will be a residential or commercial delivery site.
The Checkout Page says “Proceed to PayPal,” but I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still purchase?
PayPal is just our merchant, you don’t need an account to purchase from our shop. Click “Proceed to PayPal on the checkout page, then instead of signing in, click the last button that says “Use Debit/Credit Card”.
What is your Return Policy?
All products returned in “Like New” condition may be refunded. Restocking fee of 20% will be applied, and the customer must pay for shipment back.
What is your Cancellation Policy
All orders can be cancelled up until the material has been shipped. For acoustic panel orders, once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled unless the customer pays for materials already used for the order. In the case that production has already begun an acoustic panel order, the customer can cancel and receive a partial refund.
What is your Privacy Policy?
When you use our Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number. This information will not be used for marketing or other purposes. It will be used to notify customers of the status of their orders. If requested, we will return or destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent. Cookie information, pages you have requested and your IP address may also be recorded by us and/or third parties from your browser as set out in this policy.
What is the Status of My Order?
Most orders of our Blokker Products will ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. For any custom products, such as Cut & Grommeted Fence Blokker, or fabric wrapped acoustic panels, please allow 5-10 business days from when you place your order to when your order ships. When your order ships, we will provide a Tracking # and Carrier for your package.
What are your Open Hours?

Do you offer Quantity Discounts?
We sure do! If you plan to order over 1,000 SF of material, we can typically offer a quantity discount, just give us a call to discuss at 855-667-6863. For orders over 2,000 SF or so, please contact our commercial division, Commercial Acoustics, at 888-815-9691.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship to your local UPS store. All residential and commercial addresses are accepted.
Do you ship Internationally?
No, unfortunately we don’t offer international shipping.
What weight and thickness Mass Loaded Vinyl do you carry?
We stock Mass Loaded Vinyls ranging from 0.5 lb/sf to 1.0 lb/sf, with 2.0 lb/sf available upon request. The corresponding thickness is 1/16″ (for 0.5 lb/sf) to 1/8″ (for 1 lb/sf) and 1/4″ (for the 2 lb/sf).
