We offer our acoustical fabric as a multi-functional product with a wide range of applications, such as speaker grill cloths or wall coverings.
Wall Blokker PRO combines a 1 lb/sf EVA-based Mass Loaded Vinyl Layer with a polyester scrim layer for sound reduction across a wide range of frequencies. Wall Blokker PRO is the heaviest duty mass loaded vinyl on the market due to its fused polyester scrim layer, and is ideal for use on wood stud wall assemblies or when sandwiched between an existing layer of drywall and and additional drywall layer.
Designed for maximum soundproofing and decoupling, it is 3/16″ thick including the polyester scrim layer, as opposed to the standard 1/8″ thick MLV.
Paintable acoustic panels come in the color White only, but the surface of the panel is paintable. Be sure to use only a light or matte coat of paint, as too heavy of a coat can inhibit the sound absorbing quality of the acoustic panel. Ideal for use in spaces such as recording studios, restaurants, office lobbies, conference rooms and anywhere else decorative acoustic materials would be desired.
Acoustical Ceiling Clouds are used to absorb unwanted echo and reverberation in your space. Similar to wall panels, they are constructed with 6pcf dense fiberglass cores, with an NRC of 1.05, and hand-wrapped with acoustically transparent fabric. Clouds are suspended from your ceiling using Rotofast mounts (supplied with the acoustic ceiling cloud) that are twisted into the fiberglass, then attached to an eyebolt or other structural member above (not included). Ceiling Clouds and Panels provide a significant reduction in reverberation in your space, providing more speech comfort for speaking and gathering events.
