QuietFil™ R-13 is a premium high-performance soundproofing insulation with thermal qualities to conserve energy and reduce utility costs. Acoustically, QuietFil™often outperforms typical fiberglass, cellulose and foam insulations. QuietFil™ Soundproofing Insulation products are designed for interior and exterior walls, ceilings and attic applications.

Our user-friendl home and commercial installation materials allow for easy installation with minimal tools required. QuietFil™ installs with a tight friction fit between wood and metal studs to minimize sound and thermal energy transmission and can be used separately or in conjunction with a variety of our other soundproofing products. QuietFil™ can be cut with a utility knife or simply tear off unneeded pieces.

Excellent Sound Absorption Performance: QuietFil™ absorbs sound within wall and ceiling cavities, reducing the sound transfer from one space to the next.
True Quiet has the highest NRC obtainable of .95, which means it absorbs 100% of sound.

Thermal Insulating: QuietFil™ Soundproofing Insulation thermally separates temperatures on both sides of a common surface.

Keep it Green: QuietFil™ is manufactured with 80% recycled natural cotton fibers and has an excellent ClassA™ Flammability Rating. This product passes most building code flammability requirements for exposed materials.

Easy to Handle: QuietFil™ is itch free and does not contain formaldehydes or other harmful chemicals.

    Wall Blokker Lite is a 0.6 lb/sf EVA-based Mass Loaded Vinyl designed to improve metal-stud wall assembly performance by 6-11 STC points. At just 1/16″ thick, Wall Blokker Lite is a cost-effective alternative to multiple layers of drywall.

    Tested on Metal Studs (20-Gauge & 25-Gauge), our thinner Mass Loaded Barrier is easily hung on metal studs using 1/2″ staples or pan-head screws. Cut around any penetrations using a razor blade or a utility knife.

    Pipe Blokker is acoustical lagging for soundproofing pipes that combines a layer of 1 lb/sf, 1/8″ thick Mass Loaded Vinyl, with a layer of soft, 3pcf fiberglass. This product is meant to wrapped around pipes in order to mitigate the noise that they can cause. It can also be used around loud HVAC vents, Trash Chutes and Trash Compactors.

    The fiberglass layer helps to keep the rigid pipe from touching any other rigid materials, and the mass loaded vinyl layer blocks the noise created by noise within the pipes such as flowing or flushing water.

    Pipe Blokker is available in 4’x25′ rolls, and can be easily cut down using a razor blade or utility knife.
